Pigfishing@hotmail.com New Deal - New Album Feb 2004 will see Pigfish release an as yet untitled album on Punk Rocket Records. The album will contain tracks from Creosote The Baby, The Reverend James and 6 previously unreleased tracks. This will be budget priced to wet the appetite of those who’ve never heard the band before and want to try out a lot of tracks for next to nowt. Creosote The Baby is now in very short supply and as the label is defunct it’s very hard top get hold of a copy, seen a few on ebay tho. Equally there are only a few copies of The Reverend James left and again is in very short supply. The band will tour extensively throughout 2004 to promote this CD. All Snowy on the Pond – what the hells going on! In spite of the album being finished in Jan 2002 and having been circulated for review (gaining 7/10 in Rocksound and KKK in Kerrang!) it is still not in its final format. This is due to Acrude Records giving us a raft of excuses as to why it cant be released, wrong covers, wrong day of the week,problems with French plumbing or that the label managers stuck in a revolving door with the master tapes. Admittedly they spent k's on recording but we are no nearer to a release. We have been told Sept, keep ya posted but not holding our breath. However, while all this is going on the band are scheduled to write and record a new full length album in 2004, featuring some 15 tracks, hopefully for an early release in 2005. Again, this will be released on the deliriously enthusiastic Punk Rocket Label.
