SHIFT/DUTY MANAGER – Full Time – Jan 2014
(45 Hours Per Week)
A full time Duty Manager/Supervisor to work five evenings per week. You will have experience in leading a team in a fast paced environment, with a passion to deliver great customer service.
Previous experience managing a team in a busy restaurant is essential.
You must be reliable, flexible, friendly & honest.
Approximately 45 hours per week split over five evenings to include Saturday/Sunday days/evenings.
Cocktail/Bar knowledge would be an advantage as your position will include making drinks occasionally.
You will be a Personal licence holder
Salary Circa £16000 depending on experience
CHEF – Full Time – Jan 2014
(30 Hours per week)
You will have experience of stock control, ordering, leading and developing a team with the Head Chef and delivering high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Duties include:- managing a kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, preparing and cooking food and ideally you will have experience in grill work
BAR PERSON – Part-Time – Jan 2014
(12-16 Hours Per Week, Evenings only including weekends)
Flexible hard working with a commitment to great customer services with a can do attitude and the ability to work as a team in a fast paced but fun environment. Previous experience is essential and a knowledge of cocktails would be an advantage
GUEST SERVERS – Part-Time – Oct 2013
(10-16 Hours Per Week, Evenings only including weekends)
You will deliver excellent customer service in a fun party atmosphere. You will be flexible and hard working and you will have a positive attitude and the ability to work as a team member.
